DUDE! You know that song? I have new admiration for you, John.
I used to be the entertainer (sing, play guitar) on an 86' schooner out of Key West, FL. Plum little job, doing those sunset cruises. I'd chat up the passengers while another crew member, a tall skinny kid, wandered the decks keeping the glasses full.
Whenever the need arose, I'd stand and yell, "Hey Snake, we need more wine!"
Brings back some good memories. Thanks posting for the lyrics.

I wish I could afford to fly out to Cally and spend the summer, but with no job and source of income I would be what I like to call S.O.L.........so the answer is 'NO' for me, unless I get some crazy inheritance in about a month (I wish)....anyway good luck John

Looks as if I have found my house sitter. The High Alpha from UC Riverside has a summer job as a clerk for a law firm in Anaheim and does not want to make the Highway 91 drive everyday. This is an ideal solution for all.

John congratulations on the House sitter, but I would love to hear more about your new adventure!
I as I am sure many envy you on taking a flier at a new world of endevor. 
You are a very special person to many of us and admire you for doing something new and learning more.
