I'm pretty sure USA has something like that, but I think that is ends up being only 4 girls or less for each that does it group. Like Alphagamuga said, if they don't reach quota, I guess. I'm not completely sure, I don't go there yet. Most of the people that I know that go there are guys . Only one of my friends actually rushed at USA, and didn't get a bid.
