Group of Democrats resorts to scare tactics

I just wonder when Democtrats and Republicans became a difference as individuals when the put on the mantle of Congress People?

Since Democrats won congress, they were going to be kinder and work with Republicans. Well, I guess we can see how that worked out so well.
