I looked in our House Corp records--it was a gift from our founding sisters in1987. In the records I have, we have no mention of where it was made or by whom. I also spoke with our housemother tonight (she was instrumental in bring Chi Omega to Hanover's campus) and she also mentioned that it was a gift from the girls and that she has no idea where it came from. Like many of you, she suggested that I contact our Executive Headquarters, which I will do tomorrow.
Thanks again for your help. I absolutely love our pin light--on a campus with identical (college-owned) houses, it is the only thing that identifies us as Chi Omegas! Luckily we still have one, it's just in such a state of disrepair that I'm hesitant to plug it in--I'm afraid the girls will set the house on fire!!
Once I find the information, I will be sure to post it on here--I think there may be some other pin lights ordered in the near future.
