Didn't have any flash! I thought I had flash on my 'puter but I might have to download it again.

Are you using firefox? The flash intro is not compatible with firefox.

Thanks! I do use firefox, but I also downloaded the most recent IE a few months back, so let me try that. Hold on a sec. . .
