The Nordstrom Rack is an old favorite, although I'm buying less from there these days. Back when the main store used to have Talora and Encore Gold, I bought up a bunch of stuff that I still wear.
Ross, TJ Maxx, Marshalls: you have to have a good eye and knowledge of labels to find stuff in there. I like to hit those in more affluent ****.

We have a
Marshall's Superstore near my parents home... I can tolerate it because they really keep it orderly (sp?) in there. I also love to shop on
Harwin (a shopping district in Houston).
I can't do Ross, for some reason the ones here have funny smell!?
