My 1st Interview
In February, I was interviewed by fellow young adult author Paula Chase, author of So Not the Drama. Check out the interview in the Clique Lounge. Find out which character from Freshman Focus enters a Celebrity Death Match with the main character from another book. Read who I would like to see cast as the main characters in the movie version of Freshman Focus. Get the inside scoop as to what type of shoe I am.

I kept waiting to come over here and post, but little btb was taking a minute to finish the book - well, she finally finished!
This little girl (and as she told me last night, she's not a little girl - she's almost 13!) is not fond of reading. She definitely didn't get that from her mom! Anyway, I asked her last night if she finished reading Freshman Focus and she says "I finished reading that a long time ago!" (I only asked her 100 thousand times to let me know when she finished the book.) So I asked how did she like it - her response was that it was good and she wished there were more of it. And when I said "Well, I'll have to let Miss Carla know this" her eyes got big and she said "You know her???" Not like I didn't tell her that at least 90 thousand times. Now, if the book isn't too beat up, I'll start on it this week.
So as others have said, let's get the others cranked out!!!!! If there's something that will keep little btb interested in reading, then I need it quick, fast and in a hurry!

You tell little Miss BTB, I am trying to get over the hump in chapter 23 so I can have book 2 in her hands by Christmas 2007. I am glad she liked it. Our young ladies are so funny. My 11 year old cousin kept asking me how did I "write all of these words by myself."

That would be a wonderful 13th birthday present for her! I'll let her read this message so her eyes can get even bigger!
