In fact much of what is deemed "off limits" is not important and simply contemporary practices of a certain stratum or generation of various groups. It has nothing to do with "secrets" or anything of the sorts. Now,there is propietary information that shouldn't be shared in these forums--but that's not something I see done here anyway here. If anything, I think there needs to be more transparency,to expose practices,to put them into their proper perspevtive;for Greek organizations don't exist in a socio-cultural vaccum. There are certain types of discussions I won't engage in here at GC;they are for specific issues as they impinge on intragroup dyanamics within my Fraternity;but have broached these topics here, as is pertains to Greek life as a whole.
