Jeez I only applied to 3 schools, but I had 2 safety schools on the ready just in case (i applied early decision to my top 3)
U of A is a good scool Car. I'd apply if I were you. It has all the aspects you're looking for-- big campus, school spirit, greek life, and Tucson's a good town. Yes the weather is HOT. But its not bad, of course, I say this having grown up in Las Vegas, so....
Academics-- well respected. I am not sure about your programs.
Financial Aid -- call the U of A fin aid office and ask.
When in doubt, apply.
