Personality- He has to keep me entertained for life.

Brains- I don't like stupid people and I certainly do NOT want dumb kids running around the house!

Beauty- He has to be able to get me going. Plus I don't want butt ugly kids running around ( money could buy plastic surgery, but the kids would still come out butt ugly)!
