Headlights off?
...BAC? PA.
BID. She'll probably pout at some celebrity lawyer and get off.

Um, yes, if you actually open your own mail, which she probably doesn't.
Sounds like she needed to reign in a little more press since poor dead Anna Nicole took it all last week.

Its not hard to be suspended and not know it. Its not the DMVs job to chase a person down.
You may change addresses. A letter can be lost in the mail. Also, I am sure Hilton has multiple addresses and may not have been where such a letter was sent.
This lawyer was telling me one of his clients had a suspended license for a simple 20 dollar parking ticket for 5 years and didn't know it.

Her license wasn't suspended for parking tickets - it was suspended for a DUI, which she would have been informed of in court. My parents had a DUI counseling business for 15 years, and trust me, when you license is suspended for DUI, you know it. And, I have never heard of anyone getting a DUI and NOT having their license suspended, unless it was thrown out of court on a technicality - which this wasn't - she pleaded no contest.

Why does she even drive?
Hire yourself a driver and shut up.

Thank you!
It's no secret that her occupation is professional partier -- and I cringe everytime I see footage of her getting behind the wheel after leaving the club.

I doubt she'll get any jail time, even though most normal people would. And I agree that they would have told her during her court day for the DUI that her license was suspended. She probably didn't pay attention or didn't think they would do anything if she did drive.

Speaking from personal experience,
I had my license taken away, but was able to apply for a temporary license which I was told would be good for 4 mnths and I could get my full license back after I took my driving class. My 4 mnths deadline is near, and when I looked to see exactly how much longer I had I noticed my temp. license says it doesnt' expire for a year, yet in court I was told 4 mnths... so my 4 mnths could be up and I could be driving around on an suspended license. So its possible to not know for sure, but certainly she had to have some idea her license was suspended. I highly doubt shell do any jailtime. I was supposed to do 48 hrs, but the court waives that for me showing up in court.
