I know, sounds like fun! To bad the SAE chapter is gone here. As matter of fact, no one on our campus has a house or lodge anymore. City had all former chapter houses zoned differently so that they couldn't be greek houses anymore even if they wanted to comeback.

So I guess the ZTA house is gone now too? I haven't been up that way in a long time. Wow... just a decade ago there were 4 greek organizations with houses. When I started school in 1990 (yeesh) there were SIX.
I know the old SAE house is some kind of office. I hear the old Kappa Sigma house is a halfway house or something. The very old TriDelt house was a church last I saw. The former Chi Omega house belongs to the University and is now an office for one of those useless majors that will never land anyone a job. The 3 old Lambda Chi houses are: 1) an apartment building, 2) a house rented to someone who makes it look like a haunted house, 3) torn-down and now a vacant lot that a doctor's office is being built near.

Sounds like my old chapter - of the eight houses I recall LXA occupying when I was in college (oh, yeah, we moved a LOT - every semester if not more) - only three are still standing - one became the LXA house again after recolonization for a year (now a rental home), another is a private residence, the third is an apartment building. The others, but one, are now beautifully landscaped parking lots: the last is a new apartment building.
Sad.

Actually, if you'd look at most of the houses my chapter has had, you'd probably think, "That would make a nice parking lot."
We had some real hell holes, although I'm not sure we knew it at the time.
Our first house was affectionately known as "The Love Dump." Another was called "The House of Pain."

The last house LXA lived in here at WCU was turned into an apartment complex (It was really nice). Before we re-colonized here at WCU I had the oppurtunity to live there but moved somewhere else... kinda wish I had moved in there, hindsight is always 20/20 lol.
