Cool Hubby was happy

We watched and was very impressed to learn different facts about Dr. Julian. Very Very informative and if you can't watch online, hopefully they will show it again soon.

One word: IMPRESSIVE! I had no idea it was Dr. Julian who researched the many uses of the soybean. Being a vegan who eats many soy-based and tofu-based items, I always wondered where the inspiration (outside of Far Eastern culture) originated.....
