Playing Devil's Advocate...

I plan to get the pink KitchenAid mixer one of these days (I bake a lot; cheesecakes are my specialty ). Considering that some of the proceeds go to a good cause, that'll help ease my conscious that it's pink.

This company also has some nice pink kitchen items:

Those are cute. Personally, it's too much.

My aunt, who is a member of DST has a intensified pink kitchen. Ummmm, if I see her coordinating with intensified pink accessories/appliances, I'mma holla. (Thank goodness she finally re-activated)

I feel ya, soror. As much as I consider pink to be my signature color, I have my limits. My best friend showed me those items from Horchow last summer; I "oohed" and "awwed" of course. She said, "I don't know any man who'd put up with a pink kitchen." The way I see it, it would be none of his concern (esp. if it's my kitchen at my own place; I'm currently single anyway), but I see her point. I think the KitchenAid would be a nice splash of color in an otherwise "drab" kitchen, but I don't know about other appliances, decor, etc. At least the utensils and other "minor" items can be hidden.
