Sounds like you're doing an awesome job. I really enjoyed being a recruitment counselor when I was a collegian. Keep us posted!

Today was day 1 of phianthropy round. My PNMs all got a good number of invites back. Six of them had a full schedule of 10 chapters, two received 9 invites and two received 7 invites. Everyone was pretty happy with their schedule.

On a random side note...I have 3 legacies in my group, and two of them are for sororities that some of the posters on this thread are members of. (ie. Zeta, Sig Kap, KD, SDT, Alpha Phi)

One of my sisters just emailed me and said that she talked to a PNM during tours who said that I was a great Rho Gam! Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

I'm glad that most of your girls were happy with their schedules. That comment is great, it would make me feel all warm and fuzzy also

More warm fuzzies!

So at one of chapters that I visited today, I was sitting in the foyer during the party and talking to the sisters. I told them that my Rho Gamma is from their chapter (she graduated in 2005) and then they were like, "She's one of our advisors now, and she's in the basement. Go see her!" So I got to see my Rho Gamma. It sounds so cheesy but she was very influential for me staying with recruitment and joining my chapter, and she was there for me when I needed her the most.

My PNMs ranked today since it was the end of the second round. They were all really good again, ranking quietly and such. One of my PNMs is missing skit round, so she's nervous that she won't get invited back to a lot of chapters. She says she's going to go to pref regardless, because she realizes that she has nothing to lose. Basically so far, so good. Skit round is Friday night, and PNMs can visit up to 6 chapters.

ETA: Yesterday one of my PNMs was invited back to 7 chapters for this round and I was hanging out with her at Phi Delta Theta (the fraternity house where PNMs go if they have a break) and I was talking to her about her schedule and I asked her if she was excited about any of the ones she had left and she said, "not any of them tonight." However, I talked to her after her parties yesterday and she said she really liked one of the two chapters that she went back to that night.

Tonight was skit round. I still have all 10 of my PNMs. I had a good time seeing all of the different chapters' skits. They are still being really good and open minded. A few of them say "house" but then immediately correct themselves and say "chapter"; it's so cute that they actually listen to what I say.

One of my PNMs was saying that she was torn between two chapters, but I told her to relax because after pref things may become clearer.

A couple of my PNMs tried to guess my chapter, and let's just say it's pretty entertaining.
