I was so sad by the performances in Memphis. My heart hurt. I didn't know whether to cry or laugh when the girl said she was protecting her confidentiality. *cries laughing*
And I stopped watching this foolishness when they axed all the sangin' black girls (the year Fantasia won). *Sigh* I wish they'd come up with something else. Like seriously.
I think the girl who sang Change Gone Come sounded good.
But yet the guy with the huge beard got put through.

That was tragic and overdone. I turned it off shortly after that.

I agree, that isn't a easy song to sing...I think they let the guy with the beard go through cuz they were scared...he has that whole vidal castro thing going
