Heidi is retarded. She's not pregnant, so it was pretty pointless for her to tell Spencer to come up to her work and and talk about it. You could totally see it in his face that he was like "Well WTF did you ask me to come up here for if you're not??."

Well I'm sure the producers were thinking that it makes for good TV.

However, a pregnancy scare is arguably something a woman shouldn't have to deal with on her own. She should've just said she thought she was pregnant, discovered she wasn't, and wants to discuss where to go from here to prevent this from happening in the future (or what he would want to do if she ended up pregnant).

I was watching with my friends and we were all like, What the hell is she doing? What was the point in telling him if she wasn't pregnant? I think she basically just wanted to scare him, which is completely immature. As much as I don't like Spencer, he made a good point when he said that she didn't have to go through it alone, it was her own fault that she hadn't told him before.
