It's my Second AKAversay!!!
What started as a dream a little over 27 years ago (yes, I truly was BORN to be an AKA!  ) became a reality on a beautiful Sunday afternoon two years ago today.
It was TWO YEARS ago today, on Sunday, January 16, 2005, that 41 beautiful & intelligent women were bestowed with the privilege to enter into a DYNAMIC sisterhood known as Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Innnnnnnnnnncorporated!!!
I am thankful for every day that I am a member of ths noble sisterhood and I can honestly say that there is NO other love that thrills me so....

today, i am 14, in AKA years i am very excited and so happy to be a member of such an amazing Sisterhood.
on Super Bowl Sunday-1993, 18 Karat Gold crossed into AKALand. i don't remember what team won but i know we all did by joining this Sorority
it's really cold here but today my heart is warm w/Pink and Green thoughts
looking forward to one day wearing my Silver and Gold crowns w/my Soror mom, aunt, and cousin
