For those who do not know what Brother Jono is refering to with "Robin Hood", it is a CD that He and another Brother from BN did.

It is awesome about his time in College in Fl. Yepper the Boy from Long Island in Florida!

He gracefully gave me one in our many encountrs and I play if often on my way for LXA events at My Alma Mater on home Zeta.

While I am not promoting his sale of it, it is a nice thing to have!

That sounds very noble, Tom, but you certainly did promote your own sale of my CD. I "gracefully" gave you three copies - two of which you sold to a brother who was going to buy them from me.

I never planned on recouping the ten thousand dollars it cost me to produce the album, but I was looking forward to the satisfaction of actually selling a couple of them. You took that away from me.

I cannot fathom why you chose to drag up something I've tried very hard to forget (and in such a snide way), but I will try again to put it behind me because it was a very painful incident.

It's a good album. The CD contains two versions of the song Robin Hood, which was written about one of our ceremonies. Copies are available directly from me for $10 including S/H.

This one is a personal one, or maybe one for my AM group:

YOU GIVE LOVE A BAD NAME - Bon Jovi

I was an AM when this came out and was popular (gee I'm OLD!). My AM
class made up a few new words for it, and used it in our "serenades" of
girls' dorms, especially Crescent Girls (LXA little sisters). Makes me think of
my AM days every time I hear it.

Chorus:
Shot to the heart, and you're to blame
You give LAMBS a bad name ("lambs" is our nickname at GC)
I PLEDGED LAMBDA CHI, and you play your games ("associated" just didn't fit)
You give LAMBS a bad name......

The rest was the same I think. We may have made up another "verse",
but the chorus is repeated so much its what I remember.

A few of the Crescents didn't like that "you give Lambs a bad name" part...
but oh well! It was all in fun.

DUST IN THE WIND and FIGHT FIRE WITH FIRE (along with WAYWARD SON)
from Kansas.

For some reason "GIVE IT AWAY, GIVE IT AWAY, GIVE IT AWAY NOW"
(don't know who sings it...some early-90's hip hop group) was almost as
popular (don't know why ) as MCR at Vandy during the colony days.
I rarely hear that one on the radio, but when I do, it makes me remember!
