My 72 year-old sister can't send her 53 year-old brother a bottle of Dewars for Christmas???

Yeah, its true. The only people who can send alcohol through the mail are companies (ie- you can order someone a wine from a vineyard). I found that out the hard way this summer after the new liquid regulations came into play- I had to leave my Pineapple Wine in Maui because some terrorists decided they could blow up planes with liquids. Went to the post office and the UPS store who both said individuals can no longer ship alchohol.
