I am one of those who would watch the Flintstones on prime time with my father. Every Friday night at 8 PM. Never heard of them until my father and a friend were talking about the Flintstones while we were driving somewhere. I was immediately hooked.

Huckleberry Hound was one of my favorite Saturday morning cartoons. Along with Trixie and Pixie the mice.

I remember when Hanna Barbera opened their office in Studio City in the part of town that is now Universal Studios. Wanted to go and visit, but alas they were not open to the public. Was not a happy little kid when I heard that.

No, they don't have the great voices in their heads, except perhaps for SpongeBob. (When my six-year-old gets frustrated, we hear "Oh, tartar sauce!")

Please, though, stop "shouting" -- posts are much easier to read without the all-caps and all-bold. Thanks.

I am absolutely amazed at all the people who loved the Smurfs. Granted, I was in college when the Smurfs were popular, but we thought they were Satan's spawn.

Boomerang programming is available on Comcast OnDemand, if you have digital cable.

And I agree w/ MC, stop shouting through the megaphone.
