The "I'm sick, poor me!" thread

I was feeling really sick one morning, so I took some DayQuil. It's supposed to clear you up and keep you awake, right? Not me. I fell asleep while reading the kids a story during storytime. Seriously, I nodded off while reading to them. I woke up to a kid shaking my leg and going, "Teacher, wake up." I called the office, had them send down an aide to finish the day, and went home. My principal laughed about it for a couple of months.

LMAO! That's hilarious! I don't know what they put in Dayquil but I get in this groggy fog when I take it. Most cold medicines make me feel weird.
