Never dug the Jamie Foxx & Mary version of "Love Changes".
I'm amazed at the recent nominations like Justin's "My Love" alongside songs that seem kinda old such as "Georgia" by Ludacris and Field Mob. FYI, the dates for consideration are October 1, 2005 - September 30, 2006. Fascinating.
Go India Arie b/c I still love "I Am Not My Hair". They may just slide one to her because they can't ignore her like they did when she was nominated seven times. When you look at that, India may not show up. Can't wait to watch.

She did win the next year though. The year she was nominatd they were feeing Alicia way more.
I'm happy Mary got a lot of nominations, but I don't know if they will show her love. Everyone thought Mariah was going to get a bunch in Feburary but only went home with two or three. Strange things happen at the Grammys. I would love to see who wins Best New Artist. It's anybody's this year.

I really want Chris Brown to win this one...and not that dang Be'yawn'ce!!!!! Chris has been doing rather well at these awards ceremonies...he has won quite a few this year, for being a new artist and what not!
Oh yeah, just noticing that Johnta Austin has his hand in A LOT of the songs and albums that are nominated! That is where the real money is, PLUS I like the song he just put out "Turn It Up" ...hmmm...I'm going to have to keep my eye on him...

The fact that Janet Jackson is even LISTED in this category is sooo bogus. I think that of the albums listed I like Beyonce's best but that is NOT SAYING MUCH.

I'm excited about these performances as well. But, WAIT! Which one of those finalists is our soror?! I voted for one of them (forgot who); I hope it was her.
