New Row.....but still a good house as far as I know. Have huge numbers though from what I understand. Have good parties and are popular with the good sororities.

I can't speak for the rest of the fraternities at Bama but I'd say our Alpha Phi (Bama) chapter is one of the top two or three chapters in Theta Chi. They've been doing very well and have won something like 6 Alter Awards in a row.
