I can't wait to see the rest of the season. I am so obsessed with this show it's not even funny. Veronica is my kind of girl...and a really snappy dresser.

This is the first season that I've actually watched. I caught an episode here and there before. Last night I was way too distracted during the break up scene though. They filmed that scene at UCSD, you can see the library over Veronica's shoulder. Almost every other scene that takes place at "Hearst College" is filmed at SDSU. The architecture is radically different. I can understand not filming every single scene at State. But, at least go to USD where the buildings more or less have the same style.

So...who else thought tonight's episode theme was interesting? HOOKERS PEOPLE! This episode just sucked. It's like the writers are running out of steam or something.

Yeah but in a way, kinda clever nerd finds love in a hooker?? Never happens in tv....?? But yeah, they have gone to the mountain about two years ago with the crazed dad chasing Veronica ....and now sinking in a huge mud pit....oh, well, there is always Smallville

If you've watched the show long enough, you learn everything comes back in solving the "big" cases that take up the whole season. I'm not saying the hooker stuff exactly, but everything always plays a part and happens for a reason.

I actually read a recent interview with Rob Thomas and they said the second arc of the season (Dean O'Dell's murder) won't be as huge as other arcs have been and there will be standalone episodes. It seemed like this will be one of the standalones. I believe part of the reasoning is so Kristen Bell can get some time off and not be filming 24/7.

This was actually part of the arc. The standalone episodes won't be until the final five episodes of the season and they are doing that to see if it can pick up viewers that way in case they decide to renew it for next season.

Oh Madison, was Lamb not doing it for you anymore?
