Why is it that I am ready to go home and the clock can't tick fast enough
Why is it that I have been working on the same project ALL WEEK!!
Why is it that the highttoday was 79 degrees today tomorrow it will be 59?
Why is it that despite the frigid temperatures, I will be marching along side my pretty sorors on Monday in the MLK parade?
Why is it that I love my Sorors so so much?

Why is it that I had to bring up an OLD thread?
Why is it that I'm awed by the strength and resilience of our sorors?
Why is it that nearly 10 years later, I saw the kindness of my chapter sorors as they closed ranks around a chapter member in need? Why is it that many of the same sorors did that in 1996 for MamaTrap when my father passed?
Why is it that I feel comfortable sharing this?

Why is it that I saw Deja Vu yesterday and it reminded me of our dear Soror Mod? 
Why is it that I am sure that the sorors of NO are bringing a ray of sunshine to the NO area in these troubled times?
Why is it that so many in our community are so thankful for what Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. does in the community?
Why is it that we will be making more great moves in that city soon to come as my sorors know?

Why is it Sorors I got to meet our current and past National Presidents last Friday night?
Why is it they were in Houston filming the documentary for our upcoming Centennial Celebration?
Why is it meeting them was a once in a lifetime opportunity and I was so honored and blessed to be in their presence?
Why is it there are going to be a lot of good changes that will take place for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated in the very near future?
Why is it Soror Julia Purnell is sooooo cool and "Tells It Like It Is"?
Why is it I met some wonderful undergraduate Sorors that are truly Epitomizing and Personifying Sisterhood in Houston and Beaumont?
Why is it I wish more graduate Sorors were mentors to our undergraduate Sorors?
Why is it I want to be like all of the "Supremes" when I grow up?
Why is it I will treasure that experience for the rest of my life?

Why am I all geared up for it?
Why can't I believe it's almost been 1 year of Service to All Mankind?

If your eyes follow the movement of the rotating pink dot, you will only see one color, pink. If you stare at the black + in the center, the moving dot turns to green. Now, concentrate on the black + in the center of the picture. After a short period of time, all the pink dots will slowly disappear, and you will only see a green dot rotating if you're lucky! It's amazing how our brain works. There really is no green dot, and the pink ones really don't disappear. This should be proof enough, we don't always see what we think we see.
