and, ya'll, i tried to make myself eat some sh*tlins last Christmas, and while i was waiting on my uncle to finish cooking them, i got TOTALLY out the notion.

and, i have a lima bean story: my dad had made some for dinner once when i was younger. i had never ate them but i remember punky brewster talking about they were nasty, so me and my sister didn't want any. he hollered at us and told us that we HAD to eat them. well, a few minutes later, he came back into the kitchen looking like he was about to throw up and said "i'm sorry; ya'll don't have to eat those beans. they are too nasty!" and we haven't had them since!
