Of course, the current MIP policy is the law of the land. The individuals who questioned you are part of the reason why organizations pay exhorbitant insurance fees, extensive investigative time and outrageous lawsuits.
These are also the individuals who will Bit@h and moan when the chapter is sanctioned or snatched. With any luck, they will be caught before any damage is inflicted. The individuals who sign anti-hazing forms must have an understanding that the forms are not a suggestion... often times, however, in order to fit in... they go along for whatever is dealt....
