Definitely "The Coldest Winter Ever"!

Winter should be played by Jada Pinkett-Smith.
Midnight--Morris Chestnut, or Omar Epps.
Santiaga--Hmm. Not sure. Maybe someone like Wesley Snipes could pull it off.

I don't know about the rest of them.
