I'm glad you are aware of your behavior and are trying to fix it. There are a lot of things in life we cannot change and find hard to deal with. I could only hope that people here have been of some help to you when you needed it, and that you can remember their generocity of time and care, and return the favor.
I hope you have a good holiday and will perhaps take this turned over leaf and come visit GC more often with a positive outlook...or at least a more reasonable one.
