This is a hypothetical question. For the purposes of this question, yes, she has to
go to all the parties she's invited to; if she's invited to 3 prefs, she must show up at all three. But she doesn't have to rank all three sororities on her pref card... just as a PNM who attends 2 prefs (where the max is 2) and is willing to join only one of the two sororities can SIP that sorority.
I have no personal experience with such a scenario. At my school, there are 5 NPC sororities, and the maximum number of pref parties you could attend was two, hence, this particular grey area (attending 3 prefs and listing 2 sororities) could not occur.
