London for Thanksgiving

Hey, ladies! My husband will be in the U.K. for several months for work and I will be joining him in London the week of Thanksgiving. Any particular recommendations for dining, tours, etc?

St Paul's Cathedral has a Thanksgiving Service for us Yanks and the American ExPats turn out in force. The Cathedral itself is a major attraction and its a nice gesture from the Brits to us. For dinner that night I'd suggest Rules Restaurant on Maiden Lane near Covent Garden. Excellent roast beef, best game in London; venison, wild salmon, phesant, etc. Great place. Get your order in before six and you get the reduced pre-theatre prices.
PM me if you would like more suggestions, I am in the UK at least one week out of every month.

Can I just ay one word - JEALOUS!!!!

I love London, and hope I can go back again soon!

One of things I utilized when I was studying in Cambridge (went into London fairly often) was a tour bus company called "The Big Bus Company" (http://www.bigbus.co.uk/) It's a hop on/hop off tour that takes you to the "main tourist" spots, and it was a great way to get around the city as well (though I enjoyed riding the Tube, too )

Enjoy your trip over there!

Thank you for all the suggestions so far. There just seems to be so much to do. I'm definitely thinking about getting the London Pass and visiting some of the big attractions.

Anyone actually use the London Pass before?
