You and me both...she outbids me all the time! I'd love to see that collection someday!!! But at least we know that the collection is in a sister's hands.

If you email her and let her know that your a sister and really want and item, she'll let you have it. (Although I usually include how much I'm willing to spend [which is often], so if it gets out of my price range she can start bidding again.)
