I can relate-- I popped my knee a number of times in judo.. and have had knee surgery three times.

So yesterday morning I popped it again going down some stairs...
So after sitting in the dr.s office for about an hour in pain today they took x-rays again. At least this time I saw my actual doctor, last time I went to urgent care. So yeah, they're trying to get me in today for an MRI. The doctor thinks it's the ACL. No judo or jiu jitsu for a LONG time it looks like.
