Which is exactly what your comment is, a comment or observation based on your personal experience. Urban clothin is indigenous to those who live in urban areas, which can be any race. Hip Hop clothing on the other hand was worn by African-American and Latino members of the hip hop culture (and some white advocates) and has been popularized and worn by those mainstream people. Doesn't matter what you wear, it's what's in your head that counts.
