Me too, or suits or jeans. All of which are rarely cheap and prevent me from saving a nice little nest egg. Oddly enough, this month I haven't really been stressed and noticed that there's a lot of unexpected money in my checking account!

Anyway, I find counting to 60 works for me. When I'm really trying to relax. Clearly counting to 10 long enough. BTW, anyone used labrynths like the one in my OP.
