Greetings to all my sisterfriends, I am a college student anticipating joining this wonderful organization. I have been reading posts for over a week now and I would like to thank all the ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. for your insight because the discussions have been informative. In displaying all elegance and grace when answering any question a prospective member has had, your responses have further confirmed my journey to become a member of this organization. I am assured this organization reflects my character and the goals I want to achieve. I am looking foward to this experience.Thank you all and be blessed!

I went to an HBCU and just graduated in April. I wasn't able to cross because I was diagnosed with cancer and had to withdraw from school both times that my school crossed a line.......However, I will be going to grad school very soon and I am thinking about pledging grade chapter. I wanted to know if graduate students are able to pledge undergrad????

Or does it depend on the chapter at the school that I attend??

To My Sorors,

This is great!! When I pledged in '97, my Big Sister told me that If I found another Soror, I found a sister for life. I have been blessed to have some wonderful "sistas" in my life. Can you feel the Spirit?
