I liked this episode much more than the first two, and it went by SO fast. I'm not looking forward to next week -- I am SICK of the others and their "we're not the bad guys but we're going to imprison and torture you guys but OMG we're not the bad guys." That is OLD.
Holy crap Boone looked hot.

Before or after the blood?
I know it must be integral to the plotline, but I don't get why Kate didn't start laying the smack down on Juliet after Sawyer started kicking ass and taking names. Of all the chicks on the island, she's the most capable to take anyone who messes with her.
I'm gonna go to abc.com and rewatch the episode so I can catch Paolo this time around.

So Locke was a pot dealer/farmer! Never saw that coming.

I know that this season, we're going to get an Others episode that deals with them prior to the plane crashing on the island.

I agree... i would like them NOT to take so long for us to understand - but we only have 3 more episodes before the break.... so I hope they are used wisely........

The next episode is called Every Man for Himself and is centered on Sawyer.
The one after that one is called The Cost of Living and focuses on Mr. Eko.

Neither did I...
I think I will seriously rebel if they don't tell us why John was in a wheelchair soon.

Then the jerk should've married her to begin with instead of marrying the other chick. But I love Jin...
I kind of think that Jin is the father even though the doctor said he couldn't have kids and Sun cheated on him for this reason - Everyone that came to the island with some kind of "condition" got the miracle they needed - Locke can walk, Rose was healed, Sun is pregnant... My friend's theory is that the build up of magnetism had something to do with it. I don't know, but if Jin's not the father I'll be crushed.

Regarding Sun's pregnancy, from lostpedia.org:
"The cast and producers have said this story will be one that is part of the big reveal at the end of the series."

Maybe they'll throw us for a loop and it will be revealed that THE ISLAND impregnated Sun!

Oh good...I loved the first one about Mr. Eko when he was a kid, and he saved his brother who became a priest and he had to follow a life of crime. After his brother died, I don't believe that he became a "real" priest (sworn in to the priesthood, or whatever it is they do)...I only believe that Eko was a "de facto" priest (i.e. behaving as one, but not really ever being formally sworn / oath'd into the priesthood).

In his episode, his brother gave him some sort of emergency dispensation. Kinda like an "in case of emergency" priesthood if that makes any sense. So no. He's not a "real' priest but he has his brothers forced blessing.

Random: I was watching some show called Even more Scary Movie Moments on TV last night when I noticed that our friend Henry/Ben/Fenry did some commenting. He came out in the movie SAW. I've seen that movie. What part did he play?

He's "Zep" -- the guy at the ending who almost shoots the main character, and has a tape recorder in his pocket.
