My wedding band & engagement ring. I always wear these...well...almost always. I take them off when cleaning the house or doing yard work b/c I don't want to damage the platinum or knock off my solitaire by accident since I'm such a klutz.

my Rolex and my diamond studs, those never come off. a ring my boyfriend bought me and a diamond anniversary ring that was my grandmothers i usually wear every day too..

The only jewlery I wear consistently is my wedding band and engagement ring. I'll often wear my mother's bracelet (with my son's name spelled out) or my pearl earrings, but not consistently.

I am always wearing my silver purity ring (yes, I have one) and one of two necklaces--my diamond cross pendant or my diamond heart pendant (both on silver chains). My mom gave me the cross, so I wear it more but right now it's with her in California, so I'm wearing the heart (which is my first and only diamond thing I could afford to buy for myself) until summer when I can get it back.

2.5 years later I have updated the ring and wear the new one on the same finger. However, the chains for the cross/heart were lost/broken so I'm currently wearing neither. Still have the pendants though!

I wear baltic amber 6ga. plugs in my lobes, 18ga stainless steel rings in my anti tragus and rook on my right side (can't take em out on my own and would rather leave em be ).

I wear my lavalier 99.9 percent of the time, unless I am working out or in a situation where it isn't appropriate (IE, party).

I always always always wear my medic alert bracelet. Thankfully it's not as hideous as some I've had, but I'd like to get a nicer one. But function over form I suppose...it's saved my diabetic rear on more than one occasion.

A necklace that my daddy gave me, the year he passed away. It only comes off when I wear pearls or such. I also wear a watch everyday, but none of them are special.
