Thats odd, its one thing to put your choices on your preference card but I've never heard of being told to sign bid cards for all. from what I understood you still have the option of declining the bid if its given to you. Signing bid cards before you know if you got the house you want seems a bit off. Maybe thats just how my school does it...anyone else know more about this?
ETA: Being a student at a cali school I know most are done but there are a few schools that still have recruitment later in the semester, mainly because they start later (end of sept). A friend of mine goes to UC Riverside and I believe they just went through recruitment.
