We all know that in August of 1984, the International Council of Alpha Sigma Phi was formed with three members each from USA and the Philippines.
The first members of the council were:
Bocari Riga, Atty. Leandro Echavez, and Ricardito Martinez of the Philippines; and Richard Gibbs, Stan Miller, and Evin Varner of the USA.
Since then, the ties between the ASP-USA and ASP-Phils have been strengthen.
We (Filipinos and Americans) may be from a different nation, race, culture, faith, etc..but we share the same ideals/principles of ALPHA SIGMA PHI, and most of all, we share the same brotherly love..coz i truly believe that ALPHA SIGMA PHI can be a vehicle towards world peace by spreading brotherly love.
