I'm getting so unbelievably frustrated, the episode player won't play!!!! ugh!!! it just keeps coming up with a big @ss black box saying to select an episode, meanwhile, it keeps playing, like i can hear it but not see anything. OMG!!!

Well, what i saw so far looks great....

It could have been a better season premiere, but I am very intrigued by the Benett/Mohinder/Parkman/Molly storyline.
I am also very curious as what the Latina girl's power is that kills tons of people and makes them bleed from the eyes.
The Hiro story is not that interesting to me, and I really can't believe they killed off his dad in the first episode...what a waste!

I think her brother somehow stops her power from happening. Nothing happened until they were seperated...

I'm with you on the Bennett/Mohinder.... storyline. I wonder who it is (not necessarily the individual guy, but the group) that finally "took the bait".

Do you think Hiro becomes Kensai Takado, and that's how he ends up with the sword? I really like Hiro, but I honestly hate the fact that they brought time travel into the whole show. That just messes up everything - he could easily just go back in time and "fix" things.

SYdney...I was thinking the exact same thing!!!

Ok...here we go....Hiro is actually his father's progenitor......as crazy as it sounds, that's where I think this is going!

He is the reason why his father was part of a secret super group and I think we will find out more about that this season.

I just want to point out that Time Travel has been an integral part of Hiro's story from the beginning....

When he came to NYC...it was either 3 or 6 months...Future Hiro going back in time to talk to Peter...."Save the Cheerleader, Save the World"....many instance in the future. Not to mention that one eppy what 5 years in the future with Sylar posing as Nathan.

We know that Hiro has trouble controlling his ability...that waitress in TX and the loss of his power (again control)...I might think going back to 1671 (not sure of correct year) is a bit much, but perhaps not....beginning of the company with the symbol.

But to say that this eppy/beginning of this season introduced time travel is incorrect.

One that it seems others missed as well.
And, for me at least, it just did not click until my conversation.

And if not than, I am sure it would have next week.
At whcih point I would say "Duh" or something close to that.

That looks (at least to me) more like Peter than Nathan...but at first I thought it was Nathan and that is was symbolic for his internal heartbreak/scarring. I really didn't know what to make of that or what to think about the fact that he actually is still alive (I mean he basically promised to stick with Peter until the end so I originally assumed he died too until his ass showed up in episode 1 season 2!) So now I'm just really confused...

And I also agree the whole Hiro in ancient Japan with whiteguywhoissupposedtobeasiandude is kinda boring, strange, don't know where they are going with this, etc...I wish they focused more on the person that can see Molly back. WHO IS THIS? WHERE IS SYLAR? WHAT IS GOING ON!!!! AHHH! (so confused. but still getting it... but TOTALLY glad to have fine-ass Peter back on screen!)

Ignoring the hair in front of the face, which is soooo peter, it's Nathan's jaw and brow.

That said they look a LOT a like. I do know it isn't Sylar who's in Molly's dreams. It's the villain of season 2...

I don't think she was trying to say time travel was new. Just that she preferred that they had never gone there.
