Yeah, baby, YEAH!!!!!! FINALLY under 200lbs, FINALLY!!!!
193.5!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't be happier!!! OMGoodness, I can't even believe it!!! STILL!! But it's REAL!!! I just wanted to make sure I shared it with y'all. We all in this together. And I know it gets rough (I'm having a H*LL of a month, problems out the wazoo), but the way I look at it, this is the ONE thing I have control over. I have 100% control over what I put into my mouth and whether or not I exercise. I feel like the rest of my life is
completely out of control, so I hold on to this TIGHTLY. I have never wanted to overeat more in my LIFE than I have the past few weeks. But I refrained, cuz I didn't know where I was weight-wise. And after weighing myself last week... NO WAY!!!! Nothing is worth gaining back ANY weight. NOTHING!!!!!
54lbs down, 48lbs to go. If I continue as I'm going, I'll be at goal by this time next year. I
can do this. And I WILL.

Last thing... I read the Curves book one day last week. Actually enjoyed it. Gonna try to cut back a little on my carbs. Just a little. Which may sound like nothing to most people, but a little is a lot for me. Good carbs only, good carbs, only. Not that I eat a lot of bad carbs, but I'm just gonna see how it makes me FEEL. It's more about that than the weight-loss. But if overloading on carbs really does make me feel irritable, anxious, depressed, or whatever, I'll take the chance to see what limiting them will do. These is a HUGE feat for me, I'm Queen Carb-Consumer. Bread and rice are staples in my diet. BROWN bread and rice (and sugar and pasta), but bread and rice just the same. We'll see how it goes. I'm not eliminating anything (let's just keep it real, shall we), but I will limit, a *little* bit. LOL at myself. I just can't let go, lol.
