I think that was Fergie. However, in the book "A Southern Belle Primer or Why Princess Margaret will never be a Kappa Kappa Gamma" by Maryln Schwartz, Princess Margaret (1) was an hour late, (2) wore pink chiffon in the middle of the afternoon (to complicate matters, her shoes were a different shade of pink), and (3) walked around the room smoking a cigarette.
