Tom,
Good luck with your house. We have been trying to get a new house for about 10 years. Our alumni keep saying they want more from us. I don't understand we have won two grand high alpha's in the last 5 years, what else do they want? It is just going in circles. We will get a new house when the people that are here now are alumni.
