There are quite a few treatment options for those that hallucinate, hear voices in their heads and display paranoid delusional schizophrenic behavior. It is also interesting to watch what one does when they are outside reality and incapable of identifying pain inflicted on others.

And it should be place in ChitChat or Dating /Relationships. But then you'd see the health disparity with the folks of color not showing up to their sessions....

Folks don't like to take action, they'd rather remain mired or wallow in their funk.
