What did your first set of letters look like?

Mine were pink satin letters with a green background on a white t-shirt.

White satin letters on a light blue background. Back in the day, Greeks rarely deviated too far from their GLO colors. I still have the shirt and am considering cutting the letters off the now-ratty shirt and putting them on another one!

White t-shirt w/Green on a light pink letters...on top of purple, yellow & green geographic shapes (Lambda Chi colors...). I'm sad to say, that shirt made it with me all the way through undergrad, but was permanently "borrowed" while I was visiting a chapter as a chapter consultant. I loved those letters.

				 great topic!

Grass green jersey with light pink banded sleeves. My letters were green with white animals all over them (even a turtle!!), and the pink background kept the letters from fading into the shirt. I still have it, and I LOVE it!

				 my 1st set of Letters

My first set of letters was a navy blue t-shirt with letters in a red and white Canadian maple leaf pattern. These letters are a tradition in my chapter because we are the only Canadian chapter of Delta Zeta.

My very first letters were green ironed on letters on a pink t shirt with my name on the back, but within days after that I ordered a pink sweatshirt with pale pink satin letters with green border. Usually worn with a white turtleneck with little green turtles all over it!

			hi girls!
i'm still here - poking my mind in every once in a while to see what's going on.

all is well - tim is overseas still - work is still "work"

anyway - back to topic -

my first set of letters were well worn - a white tee with blue background and blue/white flowered letters. my grand big made them for my big, who gave them to me, who i gave to my lil who gave to her lil!!!!!!!!!!

the first set that I bought. a light green long sleeved shirt with a hunter green background with hunter/burgandy/white plaid letters. still one of my favs!

i quickly amassed over 20 sets of letters. lets just say SEVERAL people were happy at my senior farewell!

I know this thread is OLD, but I love it!!
My first letters were the traditional pink and green on a white sweatshirt. In spite of the many, many small holes that have accumulated over 20 years, I still have them. I wear them around the house all the time!

Mine was a dark green tshirt with pink letters on a white background. Of course, I still have them! My CCD and her mom were up late the night before I got them finishing them up.

Grey Champion sweatshirt with a pretty rink rose pattern with green backing. It was sort of impressionist.
I ended up giving it to my little sister and had our names embroidered on the sleeves with the intention of her passing it on to her little, etc, but it never made it past her. Hmph.
