Whats really sad is that two of the ten cities are in the same state!!! The Ohio legislature needs to get on the ball. What was interesting was that New Orleans was not in that category being that most of their residents were financially wiped out by Katrina. How is it that we as a country are always braggin about being the most powerful when we have people who don't eat, are homeless, etc!
