I agree with Buttonz. I'd LOVE to know what we did right or wrong, but in the end, it's nobody's business but the PNM's.

Also, and this may just be an ADPi thing, there are chapters where too many recs is worse than none at all. Frankly, I think that one strong rec, and maybe a letter of support is vastly superior to 4 recs that say essentially the same thing.

I agree. It is something I noticed, too, and I applaud the PNM's for using discretion and not saying "I hated Blue House on Day 2" and then at the end saying, oh yeah-- that was YOUR sorority. I think it shows tact and maturity, and it is their story to share or not.

And more recs doesn't equal more "points"-- each sorority evaluates recs differently, and different schools place more weight on recs than others. A PNM should ask students at her school, recent alumnae from the school or the office of Greek Life what's typical and go from there.
