It wouldn't be an issue if I was just at the office all day - I could wear heels and not have to walk much - but part of my job is occasionally meeting clients at one of our buildings and walking them to another one. I work at a consulting firm, and flats are unacceptable. Also, I'm only 23, so nothing matronly or ugly please!

Have you tried Aerosoles? They have some things that are actually cute and their shoes are supposed to be really comfortable.
